Call for Nominations: José A. Campos-Ortega Prize for Young Scientists in Developmental Neurobiology

In memory of the many achievements of José A. Campos-Ortega to developmental neurobiology, the two Societies for Developmental Biology (GfE and SEBD) have laid the foundation for a fund from which the José A. Campos-Ortega Prize will be financed in the future.

This prize will be awarded regularly to young scientists from Germany or Spain for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of developmental neurobiology. The award ceremony will take place at joint meetings of the two professional societies.

Eligible for the prize will be young scientists that are less than six years after their PhD at the time of their nomination and that are member of either one of the two societies at the award ceremony.
