Latin American Courses and Workshops IN VIVO 3-D IMAGING: COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF CELL BEHAVIOUR IN DEVELOPING EMBRYOS In vivo biological imaging in three dimensions is at the heart of developmental biology. Dynamic visualization and analytical representation of cell and tissue related processes are essential to approach new spatial and temporal phenomena. This course aims to create a cross-disciplinary atmosphere between biological and computational disciplines which will enable the participants to understand the theoretical and practical framework to handle current image processing methodologies for the acquisition and quantitative analysis of 3D structures in living embryos. Date: 16-28 April 2007 Place: Santiago - Chile Open to: LATIN AMERICAN students and young researchers with background in biological or computational-mathematical disciplines. Deadline for application: March 10th Results of application: March 17th For more information click here.
